About Eugene
I always liked cars, then they sent me to Viet Nam. After I came home and went to body school, I went into business. I started stock car racing in 1972. I am an ASE triple master technician and still do some mechanic fixing on my own cars. I built a lot of street stocks and hobbies when younger. I later went to college and got a BS in vocational education. I quit racing in 1988 and finally got serious about work and made some $$$$. After 2 divorces, I am currently married, and am a tired and retired disabled Nam Vet. I've been doing show cars the last 13 years and was ISCA International Champion in radical custom. I now spend winters in warm TN and summers in MN. I'm getting back into racing at the age of 78, and I'm racing under my old number, 52.
