The Bumper To Bumper IRA Outlaw Sprints are making their longest trek in many a year this weekend July 15-16, as the series heads northwest to River Cities Speedway (Grand Forks, ND) for a pair of co-sanctioned races Friday and Saturday with NOSA. The IRA has only traveled that far once before, back in 2003, when 9-time IRA Champion Joe Roe won IRA's only other appearance at River Cities.
